The Philadelphia Progressive Caucus is a state political action committee formed to encourage and promote the use of transparent, democratic practices and a progressive policy reform agenda on the part of the Philadelphia Democratic Party and the City of Philadelphia, and to support increased participation by an informed citizenry in the electoral process and in all of City and Party government.
